For buying product
:
1- Buyer and seller shall sign and seal SPA and NCND as agreed.
2- Seller issues Refinery Documentation Confirmation Number confirming that the product is available to the buyer for the length of the contract agreement
3- Buyer issues a Non Operative Financial Instrument, either a DLC or 103/23 depending upon agreement of both buyer and seller
4- Seller issues Proof of Product to the buyer within 5 International Banking days of both parties signing SPA
5- Upon confirmation of POP by the buyer, the seller issues a 2% Performance Bond that activates the buyer? Non Operative Financial Instrument.

5- Delivery commences as per Contract.
Documents:
a. A full set clean, shipped on board, ocean bill of lading, blank endorsed, blank order, marked ?Freight Prepaid?in three originals and three copies. .
b. Invoice signed in four
c. Packing List in three.
d. Certificate(s) of Quality and Quantity issued by SGS in original
e. Insurance Policy/Certificate in one original and two copies for 110% of the invoice value.
f. Certificate of Origin in one original.
